school days
In just over a months time, Milo will be starting kindergarten. He’ll be going from 8:50 until 3, or is it 3:30 – hhmmm, I’d better figure that out – and we’ve already been to two half day sessions. The purpose of these was to introduce the children { and parents! } to the school, the teachers and helpers in the hopes that everyone will feel more comfortable come the big day. I really liked Milo’s teacher and we both loved the school. It’s unlike any primary school I’ve ever seen, with a farm, gardens and woodlands on site. They even have their own beehives!
We also picked up Milo’s uniform and he looks so smart in it. He’s loving it at the moment, and I’m just hoping he’ll feel as enthusiastic after being forced into it week after week. I’ve also been busy labeling everything – his shirts, trousers and jumpers, not to mention his gym kit, backpack, wellies and slippers.
I’ll make sure to update with pictures and stories from his first week!
Wish us luck!
